Military Health Institute Supports Inaugural UT System Trauma Research Symposium

The Military Health Institute (MHI) was proud to support the first UT System Trauma Research Symposium. The MHI team led the planning committee for the symposium that hosted 160 participants in Austin, TX, over two days. Representatives from each UT System university, as well as representatives from the Defense Health Agency, Brooke Army Medical Center, US Army Institute of Surgical Research, 59th Medical Wing, and the Navy Medical Research Unit in San Antonio, presented on trauma research being conducted across the state. This yearly symposium is an initiative of the Trauma Research and Combat Casualty Collaborative, and MHI is looking forward to continuing it support for future conferences. Please follow the Military Health Institute on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter to stay up to date with future events.
