Military Health Institute Promotes HPSP Graduates

MHI Promotes Health Professions Scholarship Program Graduates
The Military Health Institute (MHI) in partnership with the Military Health Interest Group (MHIG) was honored to host the 2025 Promotion Ceremony for Health Profession Scholarship Program (HPSP) students from the school of medicine. Dr. Robert I. Miller, retired Lieutenant General and Associate Vice President & Director of MHI, stated, “It was my pleasure to promote these future military physicians as they graduate from medical school. It was also special that the ceremony had representation from each of the services. The HPSP scholarship program is a wonderful opportunity for students who have a desire to serve our great nation and receive world class training in their specialties while getting financial assistance for school. It’s a unique opportunity that more students should strongly consider, and the MHI is here to support.” Dr. Robert I. Miller and Dr. Robert Hromas, Dean, Long School of Medicine spoke to our graduates about their potential for greatness. The MHI and MHIG will continue each year to honor our HPSP students with this promotion ceremony.
