COL Brian Lanier assumed command of the Army Institute of Surgical Research on July 7. Dr. Byron Hepburn and Dr. Bob Christy, Director and Deputy Director of the Military Health Institute, attended the ceremony to show our university’s continued support and collaboration with the ISR.
